Teams work across the United States, Canada, and India, including our engineering group in Chennai. Benefits are provided in every country we hire in.

Travel that earns itself

Go-to-market and leadership teams gather five or six times a year, usually in Boston where our investors are based. Industry events are open to anyone who wants them. There are no standing travel expectations beyond that.

What ClearDemand covers

Coverage varies by country and employment status. This is what full-time employees in the United States receive, with equivalent coverage arranged locally in Canada and India.

Medical, dental, and vision

Three Cigna medical plans including an HSA-eligible option, plus Cigna dental PPO and vision coverage for full-time US employees.

401(k) with a Roth option

Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans through Empower, available to both full-time and part-time US employees.

HSA and FSA

Pre-tax contributions toward qualified medical expenses through Cigna, and healthcare or dependent care spending through AmeriFlex.

Life, AD&D, and disability

MetLife life and accidental death coverage, plus short-term and long-term disability for employees in the US and Canada.

23 days of paid leave

Fifteen PTO days, six sick days, and two personal days each year.
